(DAS) Metro Cell Rollout. Regional PM responsible for all Small Cell
installation Timelines and Milestones. Responsible, for ATT PM’s and
all keeping all my venues to timeline management
· Lead all Projectmanagement activites to includes;
Kick-off meetings, Update Project Plan daily and distribute to team,
this includes updates to internal database.
· Utilize Project Tracker for team communications
vehicle (AIR; High Level Plan; Contact List; Escalation List; Project
Changes).
· Manage all ALU Subs to ensure they are delivering to
the SOW and project plan.
· Manage deliverables, utilizing appropriate
scheduling and change management tools and processes in the event of up
scope requests.
· Utilized Change Control to capture project upscopes
BEFORE work is started.
· Manage project financial results utilizing the
Project Cost Tracker.
· Internal and Extended team calls/meetings (Schedule
and Lead) will be established at the Kickoff meeting and led by the
Program Manager. Meeting minutes and updated Project Tracker will
be distributed to the team within four hours of each call/meeting

Currently supporting AT&T Mobility on
Metro Cell Rollout. National Deployment/Construction Manager
responsible for all Small Cell (DAS) installation in the United States.
Responsible, for monitoring all new venue installation, directly
involved with General Contractors on a daily basis, scheduling GC’s and
ALU installation teams. I am responsible for the KO Call with the
AT&T PM and Customer. Site RF/Construction Survey, Initial
walk through, completed construction, CFT, and Optimization. I am
responsible for approving Change Orders (CO) up scopes. I Upload
Document to Siterra, and I am responsible for Punchlist corrections in
Swift Trac. I run the Daily Construction call for GC’s and ALU
Installation. It is my responsibility for keeping on schedule,
maintaining timelines, and ATT Deliverables and Milestones.
Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN)— Field Manager -01/2013—03/2013—for T-Mobile Modernization. Seattle Washington
Field Manager, overseeing daily activities
of General Contractors working on T-Mobile’s Seattle Market. Daily site
walks, conference calls, BOM lists. Working directly with the T-Mobile
Construction Manager, Ops Manager and other NSN Managers to ensure timely
and quality based deliverables. Doing quality audits, pre-construction
walks with GC and T-Mobile CM. Directly responsible
for correcting any errors on the NTP and BOM list, prior to giving to
the GC, first level of contact for any resolution of issues the GC
might encounter. Responsible for going through and approving all
submitted close out packages, prior to payment for work completed by
the GC’s

Project Manager: Track and report on the status of RNC rehomes in
support of Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) market
projects, and special projects to include node B and RNCs (RNC entails
rehoming an RNC to a new core element such as SGSN, MSC, MSN, etc.).
This responsibility includes projects for existing site augmentation to
ensure that all parties meet their critical project milestones.
· Provide service path visibility by identifying,
documenting and reporting rehome related constraints, issues and
dependencies (include external dependencies such as 2nd carrier, SGSN,
MSN, MSC, etc.).
· Proactively identify risks and develop and document
mitigation plans.
· Develop project focused market and vendor contacts
lists (as needed) for Radio Access Network (RAN), Network Planning
& Engineering (NP&E), National Edge-to-Edge PMO, etc. and
ensure the lists are updated, distributed and posted
· Facilitate meetings with project team(s) to capture
key project statuses, risks, issues, etc.
· Ensure the appropriate planner, vendor, engineer,
etc. adhere to dates and deliverables as defined by the POR/POE.
· Ensure project scope and change control processes
are understood by all team members and adhered to in accordance with
Edge-to-Edge standards.
